Our Experience
With over 20 years of construction staffing experience in the Mid-Atlantic, Texas, and now Colorado, Blue Pipeline understands many challenges contractors go through on a daily basis. We know that labor is one of the largest hurdles and qualified people can make all the difference in a successful and profitable project.
After hundreds of projects, we took the traditional skilled trades staffing model and improved it in 2 critical ways:

2- We have a keen focus on safety
Building a Sustainable Pipeline
It is our core belief that the pathways for tradespeople need to be supported by educational systems. Simply put: Schools need to be incentivized to send their students to trade school programs.
As the industry evolves and techniques become more complex, the demand for skilled trades and project management are only going to grow.
Our secondary mission is to help bridge that gap, by visiting schools, lawmakers, and anyone who can help make a difference.
Safety
We believe that nothing is more important than everyone going home safely to their families at the end of the day. With this in mind, part of our core service is offering supplemental support and guidance on all areas of project safety with our Osha-30 and QSSP certified team. Need a mock-Osha audit?
